Dispatch and preparation

Items are shipped from Algeria.

Parcel preparation

Preparation generally takes 1 day after payment is received. Parcel preparation continues during public holidays in Algeria. Handover to the carrier depends on its opening days and hours.

Weekly closure and handover to the carrier

We do not dispatch parcels on Fridays. For orders received on a Thursday, generally allow 2 days, with handover to the carrier on Saturday if it is open. If the carrier is closed, handover is postponed until it next opens.

Civil and national holidays in Algeria

During civil and national holidays, carrier closures may delay parcel handover without interrupting preparation.

Religious holidays in Algeria

During religious holidays, particularly Eid celebrations, parcel handover depends on the opening hours and closures announced by the carrier. Prepared parcels are handed over when the carrier next opens.

Preparation time is additional to transit time.

Delivery methods

• Served countries in the Europe zone: International registered Standard shipping with tracking and signature, up to 2 kg; Express EMS up to 12 kg.

• United States and Canada: International registered Standard shipping with tracking and signature, up to 2 kg; Express EMS up to 12 kg.

• South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Switzerland, Norway and Cyprus: Express EMS only, up to 12 kg.

• Australia, China, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore: Express EMS only, up to 12 kg.

• United Kingdom: Express EMS only. Shipping charges depend on the value of the items, with a minimum order value of €161 for items after discounts, excluding shipping charges.

Estimated transit times after dispatch

Standard transit times are stated in calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. Express EMS transit times are stated in business days. These transit times after dispatch are estimates and are not guaranteed:

• Europe: Standard 12–25 calendar days; Express 5–8 business days.
• United States and Canada: Standard 15–25 calendar days; Express 5–8 business days.
• South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Switzerland, Norway and Cyprus: Express 6–9 business days.
• Asia, Australia and New Zealand: Express 6–12 business days.
• United Kingdom: Express 5–8 business days.
