TTB The Technical Bunker operates this store and website, including all associated information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, as a customer, with a personalised shopping experience (the “Services”). TTB The Technical Bunker uses the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide the Services.

Your order is not considered accepted until written confirmation from TTB The Technical Bunker. We must receive and process your payment before your order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as TTB The Technical Bunker may not be able to accept cancellation requests once the order has been confirmed. If we refuse, change or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided when you placed the order.

Delivery times are estimates. The seller remains responsible, together with the shipping carrier, for the parcel until it reaches the recipient, except in the event of a hold or delay for inspection and customs clearance.

We will notify you of any claim covered by this indemnity, provided that a failure to notify you promptly will not release you from your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced as a result. We may control the defence and settlement of any claim at your expense, including choosing legal counsel, but we will not settle a claim involving non-monetary obligations on your part without your consent, which you may not unreasonably withhold.
